Vintage 80s party dress by Victor Costa for Bergdorf Goodman in a black floral print. It has a fit and flare silhouette, large statement puff sleeves with built-in shoulder pads, and a keyhole back with a decorative bow on the back of the skirt. There are two sets of hook & eyes and a snap at the back of the neck, and bow is stitched on one side, sits over the zipper, and attaches with snaps.
