Vintage 90s/Y2K shiny silver fit & flare party dress, with a spaghetti strap bodice, a large decorative bow at the waist, and a tulle layer under the skirt for a dramatic shape. There is light padding in the bust, and a previous owner added additional padded cups (could be easily removed if desired - see close up photo).
